Permanently Deleting an eSIM from Your Device

If your eSIM has expired or you no longer need it, you can remove it from your device. Once deleted, the eSIM will be permanently deactivated and cannot be reactivated. To use data again, you’ll need to purchase and activate a new eSIM.

How to delete an eSIM

Apple iPhone / iPad (iOS)

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Cellular (or Mobile Data)
  3. Select the eSIM plan you want to remove
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Remove Data Plan

Android Devices

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Connections or Network & Internet
  3. Open SIM Card Manager
  4. Select the eSIM you want to remove
  5. Tap Remove

Important note

Once removed, the eSIM is permanently disabled on the network. It cannot be reused, reinstalled, or reactivated. If you want more data in the future, you’ll need to order a new eSIM.
