Paralinq International LLC – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of prepaid eSIM data plans provided by Paralinq International LLC (“Paralinq”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or using our eSIM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • eSIM: An electronic SIM profile enabling cellular connectivity on compatible devices.
  • User, you, your: The individual or entity purchasing or using the eSIM.
  • Plan: A prepaid, one-off data package that grants data usage rights as specified at purchase.
  • Activation: The process of downloading and enabling the eSIM on your device.
  • High-Speed Data: Data used at the plan’s full speed, up to the specified daily allowance.
  • Throttled Data: Data speeds are reduced after the high-speed allowance is exhausted.

3. Scope of Service
Paralinq offers prepaid, one-off eSIM data plans for international use via our partner Maya Mobile’s network. We provide no guarantees on network quality or availability.

4. Purchase and Activation

  • Plans are prepaid, one-off purchases via our platform.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an activation code and instructions via email.
  • You must download and install the eSIM within 12 months of purchase; otherwise, the eSIM expires and is non-refundable.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

  • You have a 180-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for any unused, unactivated eSIM. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected].
  • Full refunds are available if the eSIM has not been installed or activated. No refunds or credits are available for expired or consumed plans.

6. Data Usage & Fair-Use Policy

  • When buying one of our Unlimited plans, you are entitled to up to 3 GB of high-speed data per 24-hour period.
  • After consuming 3 GB in any 24-hour window, speeds will be throttled to 1 Mbps for the remainder of that period.
  • “Unlimited” browsing at throttled speeds continues until your plan’s total data allocation is consumed.
  • Excessive usage or abuse (including but not limited to P2P file sharing, unattended processes, or automated scraping) may result in bandwidth management or suspension.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for:

  • Spam, unsolicited messaging, or bulk email.
  • Hacking, network scanning, or malware distribution.
  • Hosting servers, proxies, or VPN services beyond normal VPN usage.
  • Any illegal, fraudulent, or intellectual property-infringing activities.
    Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Paralinq’s total liability is capped at the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months, or (b) USD 100.
  • We disclaim liability for downtime, data loss, third-party content, or network availability.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paralinq, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  • Any disputes shall be brought in the courts of Delaware. EU consumers retain applicable mandatory rights.

11. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you hereby acknowledge and accept.
