eSIM partner program for travel agents
eSIM for travel agencies and tour operators
Your clients land connected. You earn on every plan.
Add a travel eSIM to the trips you already sell. Your clients have mobile data from the moment they land, without roaming charges or hunting for a SIM shop, and your agency earns 15% commission on every plan: a new line of ancillary revenue on bookings you are already making.
Who the partner program is for
Any business that books international travel for other people. If your clients cross a border, they need mobile data when they arrive.
- Independent travel agents and home-based advisors
- Travel agencies with a high-street or online shop
- Tour operators and destination management companies
- Group tour leaders, school and university trip organisers
- Corporate travel managers booking trips for staff
Where eSIM fits in your booking flow
Nothing new to build into your process. It goes where you already talk to your clients.
In the booking confirmation
One line and your link in the email the client already opens and keeps. They buy it while they are still planning, not at the airport.
In the travel documents
Next to the vouchers, transfer details and insurance. It belongs on the same checklist, and your client sees it as part of the service you arranged.
On group tours
The tour leader can reach everyone, the group chat keeps working away from the coach, and nobody gets left behind at a meeting point because their phone had no signal.
When the client asks what else they need
Every agent hears it before departure. Mobile data is now the answer to half of those questions: maps, ride apps, boarding passes, banking codes.
Two ways travel agents can offer eSIM
Use one, or both: share the link with individual travellers and include the plan in the price for groups.
- 1
Share your link
Your clients buy the plan themselves through your link or QR code. You earn 15% of every plan, tracked automatically and shown in your dashboard.
- 2
Include it in the package
Buy the plans yourself through your own link and hand them over with the travel documents. The partner agreement allows buying on behalf of your clients, and commission applies to those plans too.
What a travel eSIM is, in the words you’ll use with clients
An eSIM is a SIM card built into the phone. Instead of buying a plastic SIM abroad, your client scans a QR code before they leave, and the data plan switches on when they land. Their normal SIM stays in the phone, so they keep their own number for calls and messages. This is how it compares with the two options your clients use today.
| Compared on | Travel eSIM | Roaming on the home plan | Local SIM card |
|---|---|---|---|
| When it works | On landing. Installed before departure | On landing, if the plan includes the country | After finding a shop, often with ID registration |
| What it costs | Prepaid, with the price shown before buying | Set by the home carrier, often a daily fee | Cheap, but only in that one country |
| Home number | Kept. The home SIM stays in the phone | Kept | Swapped out with the SIM |
| Several countries | One regional plan across borders | Depends on the plan | A new SIM in each country |
Why your clients need mobile data abroad
A trip you planned well can still be remembered for the hour your client spent without a connection.
The transfer they can't find
Your client lands, the driver is at a different exit, and their phone has no data to message anyone. The call that follows usually comes to you.
The roaming bill after the trip
Many home plans charge a daily fee abroad, and clients only notice when the bill arrives. Nobody blames the phone company. They remember the trip as expensive.
Hotel Wi-Fi ends at the door
The excursion, the restaurant across town, the museum queue: that is where clients need maps and messages, and that is where Wi-Fi does not reach.

Why we built this
I’m Isabella. I’m Swedish, and for 7 years I ran a hotel in Santa Marta, Colombia with my husband. Guests arrived without data every day. They couldn’t find the hotel, they couldn’t reach their driver, and the first thing they asked at the desk was the Wi-Fi password.
We sold the hotel and moved to Málaga, and now we build travel eSIM for the businesses that look after travellers. It is made to be one less thing for your team: you share a link or a QR code, and we take it from there.
eSIM partner program FAQ for travel agencies
- What does the eSIM partner program cost the agency?
- Nothing. No signup fee, no monthly fee, no stock to hold and no minimum volume. If no client buys a plan, you have spent nothing.
- Which destinations can we offer?
- Every destination listed on our eSIM page is available to sell today, along with regional plans that keep working across borders. If a destination you sell a lot is not on the list, ask us before you promise it to a client.
- Which phones does it work on?
- iPhone XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and most recent iPads. The phone must also be unlocked. The client's normal SIM stays in place, so they keep their own number for calls and texts.
- How does it work for a group?
- Either send the group your link and let each traveller pick their own plan, or buy the plans for the whole group and include them in the tour price. Each traveller gets their own eSIM by QR code.
- How do we get paid?
- Commission is paid monthly by bank transfer, in euro or US dollars. We send you a statement each month that serves as the invoice, so there is nothing for you to issue. The full terms are in the partner agreement you accept when you sign up.
- How much commission do travel agents earn on eSIM?
- 15% of the net price of every plan bought through your link or QR code, or bought by you on behalf of your clients. That is the rate for travel agencies and tour operators, and it is the rate written into the agreement you accept when you sign up. Agencies sending regular volume can agree their own rate with us, and that rate then appears in your agreement and your dashboard.
- Is this an affiliate program or a reseller program?
- It is a partner (affiliate) program: you don't hold stock, pre-pay for inventory or handle activation. It also covers what most agencies want from reselling, because you may buy plans for your clients and include them in a package at whatever package price you set.
- We run our own booking platform. Can we integrate it?
- There is a public API for selling and delivering plans from your own system, documented on our developer page. Talk to us before you build on it so the sales are credited to your partner account. Your link and QR code work in the meantime.
- What if a client has a problem with the eSIM?
- They contact us, not you. Installation help and support are on our side, so this does not add work for your team while the client is travelling.
- Do we have to sign up for a fixed period?
- No. There is no lock-in. You can stop sharing the link at any time, and commission you have already earned is still paid.
