Our Europe plan is the one most of your guests will want. One eSIM that keeps working as they move between countries, so they are not buying a new plan every time they cross a border.

Why we built this
I’m Isabella. I’m Swedish, but I spent the last 7 years running a hotel in Santa Marta, Colombia with my husband. Guests arrived without data every single day. They couldn’t find us, they couldn’t message us, and the first thing they asked at the desk was the Wi-Fi password.
We sold the hotel and moved to Málaga, and now we build travel eSIM for hospitality. I know what it is like to be handed one more thing to manage at the front desk, so this is built to be the opposite of that: your team hands over a QR code, and we take it from there.
Questions hostels ask us
- What does this cost us?
- Nothing. No signup fee, no monthly fee, no hardware, no stock to hold. If none of your guests buy anything, you have spent nothing.
- What does the guest actually have to do?
- Scan the QR code or open the link, pick a plan, and install it on their phone. It takes a couple of minutes and they are online before they put the phone back in their pocket. Their normal SIM stays in place, so they keep their own number.
- Which phones does it work on?
- iPhone XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and most recent iPads. Most phones bought in the last few years support it.
- We run Mews or Cloudbeds. Can we sell it through the PMS?
- We have built the Mews integration and it is deployed, but it is not certified and live in the Mews Marketplace yet — Mews certifies with a real property running it in production. If you use Mews and would be open to being that property, tell us in the form below. It is the fastest route to having it sit inside the system you already use. Cloudbeds is next in line. Either way, you do not need to wait for a PMS integration to start: the link and the QR code work today.
- How do we get paid?
- Your share is tracked on every sale that comes through your link and paid out to you. We will walk you through the setup when you get in touch — it is a short form on your side and then it runs on its own.
- Do we have to sign anything or commit to a period?
- No lock-in and no minimum. If it does not work for your guests, take the poster down.
- What happens if a guest has a problem with it?
- They come to us, not to your front desk. Support is on our side — the whole point is that this takes work off your team, not adds it.
